Postage + Handling
Due to new government regulations there are changes in the way that our packages are being delivered:
- All Australian deliveries are now considered to be "authority to leave" if you are not home. The delivery drivers will ring your doorbell but will maintain a safe distance of approximately 2m from the front door and not request a physical signature on hand over.
- To make this process easier, please ensure that access to your property is available and that you have a safe spot to leave your parcels. If a safe space cannot be found, the driver will return your parcel to the local post office for collection. After 2 failed attempts at delivery, your parcel will be returned to sender (that's us!)
- If your parcel is returned to us, we will require postage to be paid again to redeliver. Photos are being taken by delivery drivers as proof of delivery/attempted delivery.
The Mibblers is a Melbourne based business, therefore we are experiencing longer than normal delays in postage due to covid-19 restrictions and limited processing and delivery. All customer service centres are currently working remotely or are only available via email which is making communication more difficult. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or upset this may cause but please appreciate this is something we cannot control and something that is affecting all Australian businesses. If you are worried about your order please feel free to contact us, but be aware that current delivery times can take up to 14+ days Australia wide.
Postage and Handling
We use Australia Post to send out all orders made in Australia, using standard Parcel Post (unless an Express service is selected). Tracking numbers are provided to you via email, so please ensure that your email address is entered correctly and that your email is regularyly checked, including your junk mail. We use an automated delivery system, so please ensure that your address details are correct when making your order as The Mibblers are not liable for any lost or damaged parcels. We deliver to both PO boxes and residential/business addresses. If you have special delivery instructions you can leave them in the notes section on check out and we can pass them on to Australia Post, but we cannot guarantee they will be followed.
Goods are usually dispatched within 48 hours of order receipt, this may vary during sale times.
We try our best to keep our postage charges as low as we can, but we are a small business and we are at the mercy of the Postage companies. All of our packages within Australia are sent with our Standard Tracked Postal Service (unless you have opted for Express Tracked Service on Checkout).

UPDATE: We regret to inform you that due to COVID-19, Australia Post is unable to guarantee Express Shipping, therefor this is not currently available from our online store.
For all our International customers we may already have a distributor in your County, so please check locally for more options.
For International shipping, please allow 15-20 business days for delivery.
All international packages are shipped with Australia Post. All customs, duties, taxes and charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once the package arrives in your country, it is transferred over to your local postal service.
International Shipping Air freight to any country other than Australia $20 AUD
UPDATE: We regret to inform you that due to COVID-19, we are unfortunately unable to ship internationally. However, feel free to contact one of our distributors in your country.
Ooh you want it before everyone else? Yep! We totally get it. So if you’ve purchased products during our pre-sale please note that any items purchased via pre-order don’t have a guaranteed delivery date. We try our best to give you an idea of when they will be shipped out, but sometimes delays happen! If you purchase products in our pre-sale and add products we have in stock to the same order we will ship your order altogether once your pre-ordered items arrive. You can arrange a split shipment but you will incur separate postage costs.
Pre-orders placed by October 14th 2020 will be sent out at the end of October when our first release shipment arrives. You will receive an email notification once your parcel has been shipped with tracking information you can follow. Please do not place an order for pre-sale without understanding that your products will be shipped at the end of October.
Shipping and Delivery Times
We absolutely work tirelessly to ensure that your products are packaged up beautifully and sent to you the fastest way possible. All regular and express parcels within Australia are sent as Authority to Leave so that no signature is required, which means minimal delays in delivery times. If you have any concerns about your parcel you can always drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to any packages once they are out of our hands and in the hands of the courier as it’s out of our control. In addition, we accept no responsibility for unclaimed packages.

For full tracking details, please use the relevant link sent out to your nominated email address upon placing your order. Be sure to check your spam/junk mail too as sometimes your emails might hide there.
