Return and Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer a refund for change of mind purchases. We do not offer an exchange or refund on any items purchased on sale.
Make an exchange
Send an email to email@example.com within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned in the condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods.

We will notify you once your product has been received and approved. The new product will be shipped to you at your expense and will processed using the original method of payment.
Missing item or damaged in transit
We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to any packages once they have been shipped. In addition, we accept no responsibility for unclaimed packages.
Yikes! Firstly, we’re sorry if your product wasn’t perfect, we work so hard to make sure our products are made with the upmost care and attention. If the product you have received is faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase to arrange a replacement.
You will be entitled to a refund or exchange where we are required to do so under any relevant laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
